Tim, It is with much professional pleasure that I write to your company, commending you on producing the most effective incident management tool I have used in my 30 volunteer years with the Country Fire Service based here in Coonalpyn, South Australia.
My Group of 15 Brigades is spread over a large area with major highways on our northern and southern boundaries as well as the Dukes highway which runs through the middle. We respond to many motor vehicle incidents as well as fires, and we find the Eflares are not only supremely visible , but being Red/Blue dual flash, they keep the traffic guessing as to the Police presence.
We carry Eflares on most of our appliances as well as in our Command vehicles, they don’t take up much space and the batteries last for a very long time, in fact several incidents usually. We are however, going to purchase some more in this budget period, taking the number of Eflares in our Group to around 64. I saw the magnetic clips recently and am interested in purchasing some of those as well.
Our local Police Officer had never seen Eflares when he came to Coonalpyn, now he and the neighbouring Officers all carry a set of 4 in their cars.
